This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro started out as a still registered California black plate standard coupe 307 3-speed manual, 4 wheel drum car. I have the original protect-o plate, original pre delivery inspection sheet, and original owner’s manual.  The body was in great shape and I was able to drive the car home after I purchased it in 2008. From there the car was put on a rotisserie stripped down to metal, sealed inside and out, undercoated, and finished with Du Pont Chroma system in Honda polished metal metallic with black Z28 stripes.

The sheet metal is all original minus a new trunk pan, GM restoration parts 2” cowl induction hood and a Detroit Speed & Engineering smooth firewall panel. Every part, bracket, inner fenders, frame, differential, control arm, radiator support, headlamp bucket, etc has been POWDER COATED semi gloss black.  All of the original trim pieces have been professionally restored and polished and reused on the car. The front windshield, rear windshield, and door glass were all replaced and there is a minor chip in the front windshield. New mirrors, door handles, spoilers, lights, lenses, bumpers, weather stripping, grill, body hardware, etc is all new. The majority of these pieces are all made by Trim Parts. The car operates and drives like a modern 1969 Camaro.  All the normal car functions are there and 100% operable, lights, wipers, horn, A/C, P/S, stereo, e-brake, signals, even reverse lamps, dash indicators, functional check engine light, dual electric fans controlled by the ECU and the a/c trinary switch,  ECU controlled fuel pump.
